Engineered Construction Changes the IRP Procedure

Engineered Construction offers Emergency Services to homes and businesses that suffer water, fire and storm damage.  The Immediate Response Program (IRP) is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In an effort to improve our services, ECI has eliminated the pager system and moved over to a live answering service.  This change also makes the process easier in that all calls can be made directly to Engineered Construction regardless of time of day, therefore eliminating a need for a separate phone number.

Please make a note of the change and keep us in mind if you or someone you know should need our services.

UW Outreach South Partnership Open House

UW Madison Outreach South had it’s Open House on February 12th.  It was a great success and the University did a nice write up on the event which was also featured on the Channel 3 news.

Engineered Construction was proud to be involved in this as the General Contractor on the project.

Changes to Northgate Shopping Center

The VA will be opening a new clinic in the Northgate Shopping Center.  They will be moving into an existing 5,000 sq. ft. space which will be renovated to suit their needs.  Engineered Construction will oversee the project which will include the addition of private offices, conference rooms, family counseling and children’s play areas.  This project will provide additional Veteran Affairs Services for the East Side of Madison.

ECI will also be working in the areas immediately adjacent to the VA space to prepare for new tenants.  This work will include upgrades to exterior windows and upgrades to mechanical and electrical items, etc.
