Poynette Iron Works Expands

In 1996, three brothers decided to dive into the dumpster business, in a 2,400 sq.ft. building, refurbishing not yet trashed Waste Containers, extending the life of the container another 10 years.  Now, the successful business known as Poynette Iron Works has 94,000 Square Feet of manufacturing space on 12 acres of land.  As they continue to grow, they continue to need additional space, so they are expanding once again.

Engineered Construction is building a 6,600 Square Foot addition to their manufacturing facility.  The building will be a steel building on a concrete slab and attach to one of their existing spaces.  Construction begins the last week of July.

What It Means to Be an American…

To believe in the promise of a better tomorrow,
and stand united in our efforts to give a peaceful nation
to our children…

To honor each other’s differences and cherish the richness of our history,
even as it continues to unfold from sea to shining sea…

To love deeply our friends and family, day by day,
and never take for granted the privilege of calling ourselves American.

America —
we are more than a people, we are a family.

Happy 4th of July!
