The remodeling project for Dane County Humane Society’s prep, recovery rooms and ICU rooms will be completed this week. The renovation included a new trench drain as well as a new epoxy floor for the recovery room. A sink was relocated in the new prep area in addition to accommodating a washer and dryer for the extra space. Electrical upgrades included heaters in the ICU rooms and recovery room. New paint and tile were also added.
Engineered Construction is putting the finishing touches on a custom-designed Fitchburg duplex. Each unit is approximately 1700-SF and is efficiently laid out maximizing space for respective tenants. Beautiful!!
The 2017 summer season has indeed been a wet and stormy one! In July, Chalet Ski & Patio’s roof succumbed to the rains and collapsed. Engineered Construction’s Emergency Response team was there to help. After an extensive clean-up by ECI’s crew, the 15,000 sq ft store, located at 5252 Verona Road in Madison, is in the process of being managed under three phases; Emergency repairs, roof reconstruction and interior repairs and remodel. Chalet Ski & Patio is scheduled to re-open in October.
Engineered Construction proudly began a recent remodel project for new facilities for Community Support Network. Located in the old Dorn Hardware space, the new facility will utilize nearly 19000 sq. ft.of space. A new exterior drop off will be included along with a parking lot at the rear of the North Gate shopping mall.
