“They did a fabulous job of being our partner in getting this built. They did a great job of finding sub-contractors and managing a complicated project. They communicated well, they communicated quickly, if we had questions, they responded right away. When you’re working with a construction company you want to know that they will go to bat for you all the way through, beyond the punch list.”

“Engineered Construction really focused on the relationship between the Landlord (University Square) and their customer (Milio’s Sandwiches). They held that relationship in high regard and concentrated on what is normally the daunting task of tenant construction, which allowed the management team to work on the successful development of this new location.”

“With over 200 franchises in North America, EC persisted in finding a way to reduce the original schedule of 120 days, into 78 days. In our culture of excuses where promises are often made but not kept, it has been refreshing to see Engineered Construction follow through in quality, craftsmanship and schedule.”
