Colony Brands Sun Prairie Expansion

Colony Brands is taking over an existing 425,000 SF  office and warehouse in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin to help with Colony’s expanding business.  Engineered Construction, Inc.  did work in six different areas of the building to convert portions of the building to better serve the needs of Colony Brands new distribution and warehousing functions. Included were modifications to loading docks, new dock receiving office,   new interior doors and fire shutters for better interior circulation, remodel of employee break room,  reconfiguration of emergency exits and remodel to employee locker and restrooms.    The owner started use of portions of the building in July and the locker rooms, the final piece, are scheduled to be done by the end of August.
