Executive Management Inc. Makes Updates to Office

Executive Management, Inc. is a commercial real estate developer with over 40 years experience in the Madison market.  Engineered Construction is proud of the relationship they have with EMI and the many projects they have been involved in with them.  Most recently, Executive Management was interested in making some changes to their offices located at 2901 International Lane and Engineered Construction was happy to help.

Included in the remodel was the addition of an interior partition wall with a 6′ glass entry door along their reception area to create more public space for people coming off the elevator and access to the restroom that they share with another tenant.  Also in the building they added two interior windows, a kitchen sink to a break room with no plumbing and interior walls to create two private offices for MSA Professional Services who occupy the third floor and part of the second.
